The Paranormal Activity film series kicked off back in and it now features a total of six titles. Not all movies were equally successful, although the first and third movies are generally seen as being the best. Netflix has separate libraries for each country it is available in. This can become rather annoying, especially since subscription prices are pretty much the same for everyone, and yet the library in the United States, for instance, is usually far richer than anywhere else.
If you want to watch Paranormal Activity 2 and 3, we found them in several more markets, like Netflix Canada, or the United Kingdom. Yes, we did find the fourth Paranormal Activity movie on Netflix Canada.
The other two Paranormal Activity movies — The Marked One, and The Ghost Dimension — were not available on Netflix at the time of writing, even after checking in dozens of countries. In fact, you only need to have an active Netflix subscription and a VPN. VPNs can route your Internet connection through its own servers and assign your device a new IP address. In this way, when you try to access Netflix, it will think you are in your chosen country and deliver the contents of that specific library.

The film takes forever to get into, has very few scares, is highly unrealistic thus ruining the whole "found footage" feel and nosedives into tired Hollywood scare tactics towards the end, with screeching sound design and people diving at the camera. This move does make sense when you look at it from Cinemark's point of view. They are a business, so customer satisfaction is definitely important to them. I can only presume that the theater execs received enough in the way of complaints that they were really concerned that the trailer could damage their attendance numbers for Eclipse.
